NOMW Capital's Board of Directors (the "Board") is responsible for overseeing the company's corporate governance, performance, development and regulatory compliance. The responsibilities of the board include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Development of infrastructure for core policies and objectives,
- Identifying the main risks involved in the company's investments and implementing effective systems to mitigate these risks efficiently,
- Protecting the assets of the company and shareholders' equity,
- Developing and implementing succession policies for senior management team to ensure the business continuity,
- Supervising the implementation of internal policies,
- Provide leadership and direction for the company
- A commitment to the highest ethical standards and integrity, and
- Enforcing conduct for compliance with all regulatory & legal requirements.
The Board of Directors consists of six members selected by the shareholders during the General Assembly Meeting. There are four committees under the Board of Directors: the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, the Compliance Committee, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Founder of Tayyar Travel Group, a Saudi publicly listing company, and is currently member of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the Arab Tourism Organization, the Advisory Board for the Travel and Tourism Agencies in the Board for Tourism and Monuments, a member of the Tourist Board of the city of Riyadh, the Advisory Board at the College of Tourism and Archaeology at King Saud University, Al Madina for Press and Publication Board, and the Tourism Committee in the Chamber of Commerce. He is also the chairman of the Travel Agencies Board in Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, and approved Arbitrator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council in the field of tourism, and many other local and international Board of Directors.
Managing Director of Mehad Investment Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Ahmed bin Abdullah Mohaimeed Real Estate Est; he was previously the General Manager of Eksab Real Estate Development and Investment Company. He is also now a board member in Eskan Development and Investment Company, Arab Agricultural Fertilizer Company, and Manara Financing Company. In addition, he is a member of the Committee of Friends of Patients in Buraidah, a member of the Housing Charity Center East of Buraida, a member of the Cooperative Office for Call and Guidance and Education Communities in Al Safra. Dr. Ahmed holds an advanced degree in Islamic Sharia and Religion from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Qassim, Saudi Arabia.
Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Eskan Development and Investment Company. Previously, he worked as Director of Project Development in Eksab Real Estate Development and Investment Company, Financial Director of National Agricultural Company, and Financial Director of Qassim Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He holds a Doctorate Degree in accounting from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom, and a master's degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University, USA, and a bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
In possession of over 35 years of experience in the banking industry, working with Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation ("Al Rajhi"). He currently holds the position of Area Director of Qassim Province at Al Rajhi. His many years of experience have made him a specialist in the fields of banking and investment, as he has contributed to many projects and business developments at Al Rajhi.
In possession of over 11 years of experience in Islamic banking earned from his experience in working at Al Rajhi Bank and Al Inma Bank where he currently works as a High Net Worth Customers Relationship Manager. He is a Certified Islamic Banker with the General Council of Islamic Banks and Financial Institution and holds an Honours Graduate Degree.
