The company's financial strategy helps it demonstrate strong commitment and independence in its dealings. In addition, the company maintains a well-capitalized position of SAR 50 million and is focused on organic growth through income generation and commitment of its shareholders.

Since its inception in 2014, Nomw Capital has created value for its shareholders and has succeeded in achieving organic growth through its exceptional performance. The company generates income from providing its financial services to clients and shareholders.

Periodic reports of investment programs and funds

Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (“ICAP”)

Pillar 3 has been approved by Nomw Capital since its inception in 2014. The Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued its prudential rules in December 2012. As per Chapter 20 of the Prudential Rules, all authorized persons (APs) are required to have a capital adequacy assessment process in place Internal (ICAAP).

As outlined in the CMA's Prudential Rules, ICAAP requires five features including board oversight, sound capital assessment, comprehensive risk assessment, monitoring and reporting, and internal control review. Therefore, the ICAAP not only ensures that companies have sufficient capital to support all risks in their business, but also encourages them to develop and use better risk management techniques by including appropriate stress testing scenarios in their risk monitoring and management.

ICAAP at Growth Capital is comprehensive in its approach - its coverage includes all material risks, corporate governance and internal control framework, capital planning and management framework, strategic plans, and macroeconomic factors. Nomw Capital is implementing more robust policies and processes for measuring, monitoring and reporting all material risks and adopting an efficient capital planning process to ensure sufficient capital is available to meet any unforeseen contingencies.

Nomw Capital has adopted the standardized approach for credit risk, and has adopted the highest basic indicator approach and spending approach for operational risk. These methods have been effectively implemented as per the Pillar III Compliance Report for FY 2015. The Company is not subject to market risk. This Capital Adequacy Report and Risk Management Report provide details of Nomu Capital's risk profile with business volumes by risk asset classes, which forms the basis for calculating capital requirements.
